Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 30, 2026
Break the Chains Group, LLC ("BTCG"), a Wyoming limited liability company, stands behind its products. This Refund Policy summarizes the refund terms for each BTCG product. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.

$17 FCRA Ebook (BTCG-17-BOOK)
The ebook is delivered as a downloadable PDF immediately after payment. Once downloaded, it cannot be returned. We will issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you can show that a technical issue (broken download link, corrupt file, server error) prevented you from receiving the ebook. Email brian@breakthechainsgroup.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
$59 Strategy Call (BTCG-59-CALL)
You may cancel and receive a full refund any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled call. Cancel by replying to your booking confirmation email or by emailing brian@breakthechainsgroup.com with your order number.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before, or do not show up to your scheduled call, no refund is issued. We block off the calendar slot, prepare materials, and the time cannot be reused.
You may reschedule once at no charge if you provide at least 24 hours notice.
$99/Month Community Tier (BTCG-99-COMMUNITY)
This is a recurring monthly subscription. Cancel anytime to stop future charges by emailing brian@breakthechainsgroup.com or via your account portal. We do not refund partial months. If you cancel on day 20 of a billing period, your access continues through day 30, then ends.
$497 FCRA Deep Consult (BTCG-497-CONSULT)
Refund within 24 hours of purchase, only if the consult has not yet been scheduled or delivered. To request a refund, email brian@breakthechainsgroup.com within 24 hours of your purchase with your order number.
Once the consult is scheduled and delivered (the 60-minute call has occurred and the written summary has been provided), no refund is issued. BTCG has performed the contracted service.
If you need to reschedule a deep consult that has not yet occurred, you may do so at no charge with at least 24 hours notice.
How to Request a Refund
Email brian@breakthechainsgroup.com with:
1. Your full name
2. The email address used at purchase
3. The order number from your purchase receipt
4. Which product
5. Why you are requesting a refund
We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically post within 5 to 10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a credit-card chargeback for a charge you have not first attempted to resolve directly with us, BTCG reserves the right to dispute the chargeback with documentation of the services rendered and the refund policy you agreed to at purchase. Please email us first; in nearly all cases we can resolve directly without involving the card network.
