Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 30, 2026

Break the Chains Group, LLC ("BTCG", "we", "us", "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you fill out a form on our website, purchase a product, schedule a consultation, or correspond with us. Depending on which form you use, this may include:

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Mailing address
  • Income situation (W-2, self-employed, post-bankruptcy, etc.)
  • Target purchase area (city, county, state)
  • Approximate price range
  • Timeline (immediate, 30-90 days, etc.)
  • Bank-denial history (for the Buy A Home form)
  • Capital partnership interest (for the Invest form)
  • Free-text notes you choose to share

We also automatically collect:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type
  • Pages viewed and time on each page
  • Referring URL
  • UTM parameters from inbound ad links
  • Cookies (Squarespace functional cookies; if and when we install advertising pixels such as Meta or Google Ads tags, we will update this Policy and provide a cookie consent banner where required)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver products and services you purchase (ebook download, scheduled consultations, community access)
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Communicate educational content related to your area of interest
  • Send marketing emails about BTCG products you have not yet purchased (you may unsubscribe anytime)
  • Comply with legal obligations, including TCPA documentation of consent
  • Improve our website, content, and customer experience
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Who We Share Information With

We use a small set of trusted sub-processors to operate the business. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

  • Squarespace (web hosting, form intake, transactional logging)
  • Make.com (lead routing automation between forms, email, and CRM)
  • Google Workspace (email delivery, calendar, document storage; subject to Google's own privacy policy)
  • Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) (customer record-keeping for credit-tier customers; CRC does not draft or send disputes on your behalf)
  • GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (appointment booking widget and confirmation emails)
  • eCrypt and Stripe (payment processing for one-time and recurring charges; we do not store your full payment card information)
  • Telegram (internal alert delivery to BTCG staff; your form data may appear in an internal staff alert message)
  • OnlineCertifiedMail.com (only used for our own outbound certified mail; not used to share customer information)

We may also share information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep customer records as long as the customer relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

Lead records (form submissions that did not result in a purchase) are kept for marketing and analytics purposes unless you request deletion or unsubscribe.

5. Communications

When you submit a form, you provide express written consent for BTCG to contact you by phone, text, and email at the number and address you provided, including via automated dialing systems, for the purpose of delivering the products and services you requested and related educational content. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of:

  • Marketing email by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email
  • SMS by replying STOP to any text message
  • All communications by emailing brian@breakthechainsgroup.com with the subject line "Opt Out"

Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages (purchase receipts, appointment confirmations, account changes) which are necessary to deliver services you have purchased.

6. Your Rights

You may at any time:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we have about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements, such as tax records)
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications

To exercise any of these rights, email brian@breakthechainsgroup.com from the address associated with your account, or call 562/523-5433. We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and other states with applicable privacy laws have additional rights under state law, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. BTCG does not sell personal information.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies for core site functionality (Squarespace platform cookies). We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we add advertising or analytics tracking (such as Meta Pixel or Google Analytics) we will update this Policy and provide a consent mechanism where required by law.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some site functionality may not work if you disable all cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

BTCG is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact brian@breakthechainsgroup.com.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted transit (HTTPS) for all forms and payment processing. No internet transmission is 100 percent secure. You acknowledge that any information you submit is at your own risk.

10. International Visitors

BTCG operates from the United States. If you access our site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date. Significant changes will be communicated by email to active customers at least 14 days before taking effect.
