- Direct placement in our 9-bedroom co-living veteran property in Houston. Private bedroom, shared bath, all utilities paid, $950/month rent. Funded through the Baker Ripley SSVF program when eligible. Move in within days, not months.
- Connection with the right SSVF / VA case manager. I know the people at Baker Ripley, US VETS, and the Houston VA who actually pick up the phone. If you've been ghosted by an agency, I get you to a human who takes action.
- Creative-finance home buying for veterans with credit issues. Subject-to assumptions, seller-financing, wraparound mortgages. Paths to homeownership that don't require a bank loan or perfect credit. For when you're ready to own, not rent.
- Credit education using your federal FCRA rights. If your credit file is blocking you, I teach you how to dispute inaccurate items yourself using the same federal law I'm using on my own active FCRA cases. This isn't credit repair, it's education on rights you already have.
- Honest assessment. If you tell me your situation and I'm not the right help, I'll tell you that, and point you to who is. I won't waste your time.
